Stoneconcept

“Stoneconcept is the pioneer stone paving and cladding specialist in Hungary. You can catch a glimpse of their work almost everywhere: from the monumental squares of Budapest to the exclusive bathroom floors in private mansions.
Their exquisite natural stones come directly from special mines all over the world, waiting to get processed in their own workshop and installed by the construction team. The new visual identity was born to celebrate the two-decade long history of the company and to establish a strong and powerful brand image for the future.”

Sushiroll

“Sushiroll introduces a whole new concept to the ever-changing gastronomy scene in Budapest: sushi as street food. Their uncut sushi rolls are ready to take away in seconds and they can easily be eaten on the go. This way there’s no need to fuss around with chopsticks (only if you want to, of course), they can be eaten with your hands.

“Our aim was to create a friendly and approachable design that shows another exciting way of eating sushi and might be able to convert some avid sushi haters. Using parentheses in the logo reminds you of the endless possibilities: you can put almost anything in your rolls – and apart from that it looks a lot like an actual sushi roll. We also used just a hint of Japanese culture in the typography.”

Jennifer Young

“Jennifer Young is a lifestyle, portrait, and travel photographer fond of human connection, the art of everyday, new places and people, juxtaposition, and finding beauty in the simple. She wanted something minimal, modern and unique that would best represent the essence of her work. Holographic foil was used to bring color into the suite.”

Alana Homesley

“I am a Los Angeles-based interior designer specializing in clean, modern aesthetics and refined, yet relaxed, high-end residential spaces. After studying interior architecture at CSULB and then Interior Architectural Design at UCLA, I cut my teeth at respected architectural firms. There, I developed not only a practical mastery of spatial relationships, but also a deep respect for and fluency with architecture. I am lucky to count many of these early collaborators as creative partners to this day. In 2006, after the birth of my first daughter, I founded my own interior design practice to align my professional aspirations with my personal ethos.

“For over 10 years, I have worked in and around the greater Los Angeles area, as well as on select special projects in Colorado, Oregon, Wyoming, and beyond. I have become known for my custom millwork, furniture design, material selection, and an overall ability to complement and elevate architectural elements. I’m a versatile and hands-on designer and am typically intimately involved in every step of a project—from initial space planning to material specifications, through to selection of furnishings and the smallest of finishing touches. I work closely with clients, architects, lighting designers, and general contractors, and believe that collaboration is key.

“I thrive on the challenge of finding the right mix of styles for each new client and project, and find great inspiration in creating spaces that resonate on a very personal level.”

Aubern

“Auburn is a start-up outdoor activity company based in the USA that I had the pleasure of working on at the beginning of 2017. With the logo I wanted to represent the ideas of adventure and the great outdoors that Auburn holds close to its heart. With this in mind I chose a bold and prominent mountain scape against the backdrop of a rising sun to symbolise the feeling of a new
day for adventure where you head out in the wild uninhibited by the boring monotony of everyday life. The simplicity of the design was chosen to produce something timeless that would not look out of place alongside the titans of the industry. As well as this the bold, imposing and colourful style is a nod to the highly influential work of designer Aaron Draplin.”

Gemina

“Gemina is a strategy leadership coaching based in the brazilian state São Paulo.
The Identity was inspired by the story behind the name, the Legion XIII Gemina, wich was a legion of the Imperial Roman army, and a universal symbol of strategy, the Chess.

“So we tried to combine the strategy symbol (the Chess) and the Gemina simbol (The Lion), wich is also a leadership symbol, and the result wasa new cool Chess piece.”

ZENWATER / 上水

“上水, a sparkling water dealer, has its name rooted in Zen. It is devoted to creating a better drinking choice. Its trademark delicately combines the two elements: water and container. The three drops of water link together and form the image of the character 水 (shuǐ,water). From above, the balls quote the words from Mercury (水星,shuǐ xīng) and construct the image of the character 上 (shàng,above or upper). All the elements are placed in the container; along with the container’s smooth curve, together they build concise and soft visual feelings. In addition, the main visual design utilizes interesting geometric figures to emphasize visual impressions, which expands the points, lines, and planes of the trademark. The dots represent the sparkling and playful bubbles; they can freely stand and arrange themselves in every extended design.”
