“A restaurant concept that combines seasonal and local products with ”New Nordic Cuisine” in mind.
“The idea is to combine seasonal, regional and organic ingredients at affordable rates. The range of the menu will change with the nordic seasons and local raw materials availability. The concept will also convey accountability, promotion of animal welfare, sustainable production and eco-awareness. The customers will quickly be aware of that it doesn’t have to be expensive to eat or maintain a healthy lifestyle, a relatively unique combination in this restaurant segment.
“The saying ”Dig where you stand” will serve as guiding principles for the restaurant and provide evidence of how to usefully employ and rely on local producers and commodities.”

“Maven is a clothing and accessory boutique residing in San Diego, California. We enjoyed with them to create a simple, contemporary brand to fit their minimalist aesthetic. This was a great opportunity because our quickly growing creative-class community in San Diego is in need of small business with vision like Maven.”

“Seb Lecocq is a French born Sydney based web developer who creates website and apps. He has developed highly detailed large projects as well as smaller websites. I was approached to design a brand identity that would help him stand out. Previously trading under Croissant Lab we decided that using his name was a more upfront and accountable approach. When analysing Seb’s capabilities and approach we determined that when it comes to online media he was without limits. This is where the idea for the ‘∞’ infinity symbol originated.”

“Next Chef is a new digital tool that optimizes the classic management of the restaurants and its teamwork through a photo recipe system and other functions that facilitate the day-to-day of a professional kitchen.
“Toormix has worked in the corporative identity from the percentage sign. This symbol means ‘saving’ and ‘optimization’ that represents the final benefit of this professional tool, namely the cost effectiveness of the business. The circles represent two dishes and both give an answer to the elaboration process of a recipe: empty dish – cooked dish. To make sense the variety of these dishes (recipes) from the brand, the pattern of the second circle contains different shapes, in such a way the brand has different graphic declinations.”
