RISO

“A VI design for “RISO Ongakuin,” a music school in Osaka. With the three main teaching fields: piano, violin, and eurhythmics, the school accepts many students ranging from children to adults. Especially, as their education policy for children, the school hopes that students value the lessons for cultivating an “attitude to enjoy” music and rich sensibility that come before techniques and knowledge, and they utilize the music school as an aid for their growth. We impressively used a musical note[TR1] expressing a rhythmical feeling and a smiling child face to directly visualize the philosophy of the school.”

Morishita Music School

“A music school for children and adults.The school promotes a learning method using various musical instruments and body movements.Taking an inspiration from a German folk song,‘Ich bin ein Musikant.’

“This song is familiar as “Animal Musicians of forest”in Japan. We created a design of animals playing instruments.”

Roost

“Roost, a hair salon in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama-city, is located in a quiet residential area with a park that is filled with nature and away from the downtown near the Center Minami station. At the request of the hair salon, we designed a logo mark, sign, business card, stamp card and a leaflet for them.”

“Shimada Co., Ltd., an old firm established in 1921 and based in Nishiyodogawa-ku Osaka city, sells furniture materials and interior materials, as well as makes furniture.

“In response to the company’s consultation regarding CI renewal upon the office relocation, tegusu established CI and a guideline for use of it and designed signatures and business cards.”

Based in Mexico City, Vega & Vega is led by sisters Itzell and Ivette Vega, with artful hands and fine sensibility.

“An illustrated ampersand was created to highlight the strong connection between them, that results in a detailed and spirited work.”

Gdansk University of Technology

“The new logo underscores the institution’s tradition and long history as part of the city of Gdansk’s landscape,
while also supporting its image as a modern technological university, dedicated to innovation and dynamic growth.

“The modern design, based on a synthesis of effective visual language elements, is an interpretation of the historical and symbolical crest of the city, which is home to the university. It embraces familiar and recognizable themes, both symbolical and allegorical, associated with the centuries old visual identity of Gdańsk.

“The natural connection of the symbolism of the location and the university create a mutually complimentary graphic structure, reflecting the symbiosis in which the city and university coexist. The logo’s level structure emphasizes the balance represented by the various elements within the mark. The lion silhouettes, together with the university’s initials and the emblem of Gdansk combine inseparably on a level of symbolic and graphical meaning.”

Pilgreen

Pilgreen is a healthy food restaurant where you can find unique merchandise and all kinds of goodies. The name of the place is a wordplay, it comes from the word Pilgrim and green. A Pilgrim is a traveler who is on a journey to a holy place, a place where happiness is found. Pilgreen is all about the search of harmony, balance and peace while eating a healthy meal.
This project is the result of a collaboration whith TNGNT Architects in order to create a complete and consistent work, a place where the brand and the environment bonds in a cozy and friendly space.

Nowadays ”Healthy food” is a concept that’s already been used, the idea was to create a brand with extra value, the community feeling is what makes Pilgreen unique.

“All different but all help each other get the fruit from the tree” was the philosophy that inspired us to create the logo’s illustration, four different animals gathered to get the same thing. Each animal was selected because of the social value they represent. The elephant, a symbol of strenght and support that shares the happiness and intelligence of the monkey, that at the same time, gives support to the rabbit. The rabbit reflects life and prudence, and at last, the bird that gives us a sense of friendship and freedom.

The animals, the selection of typography and the circular shape of the logotype, inspired by the zen philosophy gives us as a result a brand that reflects a healthy lifestyle, harmony and a sense of community.

Waterkant

“Waterkant is a locally roasted, premium coffee. It is known for its superior quality and taste. The production is water-neutral, it’s trade is fair to the environment and the producers. We were asked to develop a brand and packaging identity that could believably convey the values and attributes of the product. Just like a real brand ambassador, the Waterkant captain communicates all the distinctive features of the blend, including the idea of a water-neutral economy – reducing and offsetting its water-footprint.”

“Paperless Events was rebranded to create visual cohesion with their core values and unique services.

“Paperless Events is a digital company changing the way we experience events. Their services and capabilities allow them to go beyond the old, paper-based communication limitations. They provides clients with limitless digital communication possibilities, creating and facilitating event experiences that go beyond the traditional confines of paper and print.

“Paperless Events go beyond paper.

“The rebrand reflects the limitless possibilities of digital communication and also goes beyond the traditional confines of print communication – Paperless Events is dynamic, energised, engaging, and champions of our natural environment.”
