Kishusom

“Kishusom is pretty little fast food restaurant in downtown Budapest. The menu is mainly composed of different kinds of sausages and hot dogs. They gave the recipe of the traditional hot dog a twist and prepared their own special one. Kishusom means ‘a little meat of mine’ in a literal sense, but Hungarian use it as a synonym of sweetheart in a figurative sense. Therefore, I made a funny, casual logo, and some cute and playful illustrations: sausages everywhere on the trees, a monkey eats sausage instead of banana. Welcome to the Sausage Paradise!”

The Bijou Factory

“The Bijou Factory offers a range of DIY self-made jewelry kits. Based on the belief that DIY and premium quality go well together, The Bijou Factory showcases a fine product that is easy to make.

“We imagined a custom box, which breaks the classic codes of the jewel case, by adding a window that shows the centrepiece of the product. We conceived a fresh, colourful and soft packaging that matches the jewelry as well as the target customers. The shapes appearing on the box are reminiscent of handmade work and reminds us of the different pieces of the jewelry.

“In order to support the DIY aspect of the brand, we have created labels that directly include the buyer in the experience: a jewel ”made by you”. The smiley face that is created by the letters ”i” and ”j” of the logo also evokes this pleasing and reassuring aspect. Finally, the friendly tone used on the boxes reminds you that making your own jewel is ”as easy as taking a selfie” or ”walking in high heels”.”

Rita Diamond Casais

“Rita Diamond Casais is a young astrologer, whose astrological charts cover the influential signs in a birth chart and how they shape one’s personality. Her work is known to be thoughtful, and at the end of every client’s meeting, she presents charts, diagrams and text that offer enough information for anyone to understand.

“Taking her attention to details as a starting point, her branding had to reflect her ancient methods as well as her modern approach to it. Vintage astronomical illustrations were drawn and complemented with a modern sans serif type. The stardream paper was used to give sophistication to the business cards, and was extended to the entire stationary.”

Mama Mafia

“Mama Mafia is a delivery service which specializes on Italian and Japanese cuisines. The concept of the service is a mix of the home-taste food like «from mama», the delivery speed, which is faster than a bullet from the Tommy gun, and a strict quality control, worthy of Yakuza.”
